Senior Full-Stack Developer Build and ship the platforms behind Tugume and Wobix — from data model to interface — with real ownership of what you put in production. Noida / Hybrid Full-time 5–9 years — Engineering What you will own - Design and build product features end to end, from API and schema through to the UI. - Own service reliability, observability and performance for what you ship. - Integrate model providers, telephony and enterprise systems behind clean internal contracts. Must have: Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, one server-side language, React, relational and vector data stores, cloud (AWS or Azure), CI/CD. Apply AI Expert — Applied LLM & Agents Take agentic systems from prototype to production: retrieval, tool use, guardrails, evaluation and the unglamorous work of making outputs trustworthy. Noida / Remote 4–8 years — AI - Design retrieval and fine-tuning strategies over customer knowledge, with strict tenancy boundaries. - Build evaluation harnesses — accuracy, hallucination, latency, cost — and hold releases to them. - Implement guardrails, escalation logic and human-review paths for agent actions. Must have: Python, LLM orchestration, RAG and embeddings, prompt and eval design, speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines, MLOps fundamentals. Product Manager — AI Products Own the roadmap for Tugume or Wobix: talk to customers, decide what not to build, and be accountable for the outcome rather than the output. 5–10 years — Product - Run discovery with enterprise customers and turn ambiguity into a sequenced roadmap. - Write crisp specs for AI behaviour — including what the system must refuse to do. - Define success metrics before build and report against them after release. Must have: B2B SaaS product experience, comfort with AI/ML concepts and their limits, strong written thinking, data fluency. Quality Analyst — Automation & AI Testing Make quality a property of the system, not a phase at the end. You will test conventional software and non-deterministic AI behaviour alike. 3–6 years — Quality - Build and maintain automated regression suites across API and UI layers. - Design test strategies for probabilistic outputs, voice flows and multilingual conversations. - Own release readiness, defect triage and the quality signals the team reviews weekly. Must have: Playwright or Cypress, API testing, CI pipelines, performance testing basics, a genuinely sceptical eye. Conversational Experience Designer — Wobix Design how a voice and chat agent actually talks: turn-taking, recovery, escalation and the moments where a human should take over. 3–7 years — Design - Author conversation flows, system prompts and fallback behaviour for enterprise use cases. - Tune tone and pacing across languages, working with the AI team on evaluation. - Turn transcript analysis into concrete design changes each sprint. Must have: Conversation or UX writing experience, familiarity with IVR or chatbot platforms, analytical approach to transcripts, one Indian language plus English.
